  “The other negative reviews online are correct. Awful customer service…surprisingly, from the owner too. Have to push for any clear information. If they’re working with insurance companies, from the reviews I’ve read, it seems might not be so bad. My guess, they’re over-charging insurance. But if you’re paying out-of-pocket… buyer beware. We got an estimate via email, repairs began after that. However when the car was ready, the bill was $1531 over the estimate. We were shocked! There was absolutely ZERO communication letting us know of any increase. When we brought this to the owner’s attention, Jeanne, her reply was just as shocking, almost child-like. She said if we don’t want to pay the $1531 extra, she will just takes the parts off. OMG ! I couldn’t believe it …so unprofessional. The repair work was okay, but as for the charges, and customer service… wow! If you like surprises, are okay being without your car for weeks on end, and have money to burn, bring it here.”

  “They dont deserve a star. They lied about my warranty . The car was messed up not even a week after I bought it. They do not care about their customers. Just about selling messed up cars. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I owe the dealership all this money for trying to fix i lt after simotes said it was in perfect condition. They knew I was going through a rough time. NEVER AGAIN. They acted nice to your face, but in reality they could care less. ”

  “Awful!! Do not go here! They over charge for temporary fixes that cause more damage to your vehicle! I feel taken advantage of as a woman who was traveling alone with her kids! I was charged almost $900 for a radiator that was later described to me as a temporary fix. This fix didn't get me home, and caused my transmission to break. This is a company who has no morals and overcharges for shotty work! They should be ashamed! ”
