Dishonest, Unreliable, Subpar NOT Superior
“Vince was friendly at first. Then he was deceptive and lied about the parts he would fix. Vince would not provide me with a written detailed estimate until after I turned in my car. The estimate was emailed to me, so I could not review it on the spot. Vague and misleading language in the estimate created pathways for Vince to not fix parts we agreed he would fix. Worst, when I picked up my car, fender trim parts were missing from my car. Vince told me I can bring it back and they will put them on, then he ignored me for months. I called weekly. Finally he said I had to pay for the replacement parts they left off my car and they will put them back on. There's too many good repair shops around. This is another sleazy Inglewood repair shop disguised as looking clean and acting professional. My issues with Superior will likely end in court.” -
