  “I have brought four cars to Zappellis over the past 10 years. They have given me great service. I have never had any issues with them. The paint always matched perfectly. Every car was returned as good as new. I always treat them with respect and they go out of their way to give me outstanding service.”

  “I had the unfortunate experience of having my gas pedal completely come disconnected from the vehicle. It dangled disconnected as I coasted to the gas station unable to use it whatsoever. I had AAA tow me to Zappelli's Auto Body in Rincon Valley after hours where my truck sat over the weekend. I left a detailed message about the incident and my need for a solution. I waited until Monday AM for a call but none came. I called and requested some information since they were not calling me. I wanted to get an estimate but they said that I would have to wait a few hours. That seemed normal. End of business was approaching so I called hoping for an estimate but they stuttered and stammered telling me I would have to wait until a part was ordered. What?? Why would you order a part prior to giving an estimate?? The next day I call for an estimate but they are not sure who is on the case so I was not able to get one until hours later. Meanwhile I was stuck without a vehicle and they were in no rush to help me. Finally the estimate is given- I am given a time when the truck would be completed. On the day my truck is to be finished I am waiting as the hours are nearing end of business again without any word. So I put in a call and they acted like I was bothering them. They tell me that my truck is done but that they wont accept a check from my wife it has to have my name on it. WHAT THE F? SO- I managed to work that situation out only to find that upon payment they will not guarantee their work nor will they provide a warranty of any kind on the weld job they completed. I leave the office to my truck to find it unlocked on an unsupervised lot filled with garbage including welding residue all over the floor which looked like someone dumped a few cups of dirt out. So unimpressed to say the least. I left them one last message stating that I was absolutely unimpressed with the way I was treated and the condition of my vehicle and that I would be sure to inform everyone I could to avoid their business.”
