  “***DON'T BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!! MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE, THEY'RE FULL OF LIES, AND THE WILL RIP YOU OFF. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MAKING THE SALE BUT IF THE CUSTOMER HAS ANY PROBLEMS AFTER, THERES NO HELP TO BE FOUND*****
  
  I traded in my car and bought another. The used truck that I was buying was missing the back wiper blade and I was promised by the sales person Gary that he would order it and have it with in a few days. He never placed the order and two weeks later when I confronted him about it he said he was sorry and he would place it right away. It's been a month already and it still hasn't been placed. A few days later I called Grossinger again to check on the process and the order still hadn't been placed. that's when I spoke to the General Manager Todd, and he assured me that he was personally going to call the order in. Well it was another lie because I called today and the order still hasn't been placed.
  
  Also, my trade in hasn't been paid off after a month. Yesterday I was charged the monthly payment for my trade-in $282.31 and my account was over drafted. Horrible experience.”
