  “I contacted three dealers and asked each to give me their bottom line price. I made it clear that I would buy from the low cost dealer. Byerly took me seriously and responded appropiately. Patrick, the salesperson, was kind, courteous and business-like. He met me on my terms, not only on giving a firm price but also in terms answering questions and making himself available at times covenient to us. Patrick was very service orientated.”
