  “I brought my car to the Collision Shop in 2006 for a major repair. Several years later, the paint on the trunk lid of my car is bubbling. The logo (they glued on) took the paint off and the trunk lid started to rust. I brought this to them to have covered under their Lifetime Warranty. Clearly, the paint job they did was defective if it is peeling after a few years of being kept in a garage. The owner refused to honor the warranty, wanted $200 to repair the damage his shop's defective repair caused, and was unbelievably rude (did not return my calls as promised, copped an attitude when I mentioned he was obligated under warranty to correct damage caused by defective workmanship). I am seriously considering legal action. At the bare minimum I will be contacting the BBB. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere!”
