    “I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and Naomi. I have to disagree with the comment before me. I have a 2007 Ford Focus. I was recommended to go to all hour collision by my insurance company Geico. My car was towed by Geico, Upon arrival at all hour, Naomi contacted me right away to come sign papers for consent of repairs. Before I left the site Naomi walked out with me and inspected my car to the fullest. Needless to say my car was fixed in two days. When Naomi called me to say my car was ready I went right away. I needed a car repair that was not accident related. Power steering pump. They called me right away. They did not do any unauthorized repairs. My car was fixed and detailed that it looked like a brand new car. The quality of service was superb. I would recommend anyone there for repairs. The staff Naomi the mechanics, the owner was very polite and understanding. Thank you All Hour Collision for work well done. Sharon”

    Worst Auto Repair Experience In my Life!

    “If I could give Zero stars I would.
    Avoid this body shop at all costs. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
    The owner of the shop, Jack, and the receptionist, Naomi, are neither trustworthy nor respectful of their customers. I brought my car in because Geico sent me there and the Geico adjuster, Tom, pushed the body shop to be used claiming he would personally oversee the repairs. Why he pushes the shop so hard, you can make your own assumptions. Please learn from my error. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. They performed repairs I never authorized or knew about and then told me I had to pay over $600 out of pocket for repairs (minor scratch removal on door) I had no idea were being done. When I told them I did not want to pay for repairs I did not authorize, Naomi told me she would be happy to put the scratches back on the car for me. I called Geico to inform them of the poor customer service and threats now received from the shop, and Tom from Geico was more on the shops side than mine. When I picked up the car, after taking over a month to do the repairs, the car in fact had NEW SCRATCHES PUT ON WHILE AT THE BODY SHOP so I guess Naomi lived up to her threats. I had more scratches on the car when I left this shop then when I came in. I paid the bill because they refused to release my car to me without paying for unauthorized repairs. I saw multiple scratches and the car was FILTHY. I knew leaving my car there any longer would be risking further damage to my car and I had to get it out of there. When I looked at my car the next day, I had two screws in my rear tires and my tire pressure was up over 50psi. This car was brand new (400 miles) and after scratching my car, trying to ruin the tires is not something that would surprise me. They have the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. Please learn from my mistakes, I wish I had a review (which I looked for) to base going to the shop on, but I didnt. Do not fall for the act of Jack, Naomi, or Tom from Geico and AVOID THIS SHOP and save yourself the frustration.
    P.S. while I waited to get my car I heard another customer complaining about the poor quality of work they did on his repairs and they had to keep the car to rectify their shoddy work.”
