  “Must have caught Ivan Drago on the day he lost to Rocky Balboa. By far one of the rudest individuals I have come across in Rockland County. Not sure how that rinky dink shop is still open. Called ahead of time to schedule an inspection. Showed up 5 minutes later and pulled into his garage. He started yelling at me and lecturing about how I shouldn't have pulled into the garage. I apologized several times and he wouldn't stop raising his voice. There is no sign to say where to leave the bike and I have never been there as I am new to the area. I have 6 motorcycles that need regular service so he lost my business for good. So foolish. Does he think he runs the show? First impressions are everything. I will be sure to tell every single person I know that the shop is the worst. Oh well I guess Ill go to the shop down the street. Thanks Ivan and have a nice day you grumpy old fart. I wonder how you would feel if you found out your shop was closing? Would you be nicer? Is it the mustache that makes you rude?”
