  “I had my vehicle towed to the garage for a quote on repairs. They quoted $1100 for a water pump repair. Next garage I called quoted me $600. I paid for my tow and they tried to hold my vehicle hostage until I paid for another hour of their “labor”. I sat down in their waiting area and very peacefully tried to reason with their mechanic, at which point he yelled at me for several minutes unprovoked. Had to threaten legal action to get my van and the icing on the cake was the mechanic had removed pieces from my engine in a grimy ploy to force me to use their garage.”
