  “I gave this shop one star, because the system won't let me give them any less.
  
  If your vehicle is towed to this shop by anyone other than their 'approved' towing company, be prepared to pay the towing bill, as they will not do a Purchase Order with other towing companies. Since the accident was near the airport, the police called a local towing company who then towed my truck to Voss based on my insurance company's referral and I got stuck with a $195 tow bill. My insurance company will eventually reimburse the bill, but I am glad I was in a position to pay the bill.
  
  Then, the shop determined the truck was 'probably' totaled, and has taken almost two weeks (so far) to get the estimate to my insurance company, and they won't even return my phone calls. The only way I get any information is to call my insurance company and have them call the shop.
  
  I don't know what their workmanship is like; but if you use this shop, I wouldn't expect to get your vehicle back for a long time. If, however, they do anything to make this right, I promise to update my reveiw.”
