  “I called today to ask if we could stop by for a damage estimate but the lady who answered said we cannot come unless we have an appointment. When asked for the next available day she said not until Thursday and it's Monday today! Hey Ancira you're not the only Body shop here in San Antonio. If you don't want our business then dont! I just hope the Ancira family knows how their Staff run their business. And no Customer Service at all so rude on the phone!”

  “We were rear-ended a few weeks ago with close to $3500.00 in damages. I thought the car would be totaled but it was rebuilt and looks as good as new. We had a little problem with a leaky trunk but James Martinez was our contact person that bent over backwards to make sure we were in a nice rental car with no expenses on our part. It is so good to see people these days that have a passion for their job as James does. He is an asset to your company, Ancira, take care of him.”
