  “Took my 2009 Mercedes C300 in for repairs on my fender and it was repairable.Took it to the collision center and made my claim with USAA and Benson collision center is a USAA stars shop.Come to find out later that the body shop manager Jeff Campbell kicked in the fender so that it had to be replaced and made my service advisor replace it.This is not good on Bensons behalf and my service called me later to tell me that he was leaving the company because of poor business ethics.Needless to say I will not take my car back to Benson collision again.The service and parts director was told of Mr. Campbell's malice act and didn't do anything about it.The service and parts director is Greg Koehler and has not returned my call at all.I'm extremely disappointed and will never buy a Mercedes or go to thier collision center again.”
